What items am I not allowed to store?
For safety and compliance reasons, we do not allow the storage of perishable foods, flammable liquids (such as petrol, paraffin, or diesel), toxic substances, or any hazardous materials. This policy helps us maintain a safe environment for all our clients’ belongings.
How much does storage cost and are there extra fees?
Our storage prices are based on the size of the unit you choose. This way, you only pay for the space you actually need. Can I access my storage unit anytime?
You can access your storage unit during our operating hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00 (Upon appointment)
Please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Do you provide insurance for stored items?
We do not provide insurance on stored goods. It is the tenant’s responsibility to ensure their belongings are properly insured. We also encourage tenants to store their items securely and in the correct manner to keep them safe while in storage.
Do you offer packing supplies or moving assistance?
We currently do not provide packing supplies, but we do offer moving assistance to help make the process easier and more convenient for you.
Can I vacate my unit at anytime?
We do need one month’s calendar notice in order to vacate your storage unit.
